1. Platform Overview

This document outlines the rules for using Audora's ecosystem, covering our main website, authentication systems, 3D icon generation workflows, your personal Library, and the interactive Studio workspace. By engaging with our services, you accept these conditions. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

To view your past generations, download high-resolution files, and manage your credit balance, you must create a user profile. We provide a secure, password-less login experience utilizing Better Auth via Magic Links or social platform integrations. You are expected to provide truthful details and safeguard your access methods.

Users must be at least 13 years of age. Minors require active parental supervision to operate the platform. You are fully accountable for everything that happens under your profile, including the prompts you submit, the reference images you upload, and any payments processed.

3. Rules of Conduct

When using Audora, you commit to acting responsibly. You strictly must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or infringe upon third-party intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Introduce malware, exploit system vulnerabilities, or utilize malicious automation.
  • Produce content that is harmful, deceptive, explicit, or unsafe.
  • Attempt to circumvent our credit limits, payment systems, or the Upstash Redis rate-limiting and abuse prevention safeguards we have in place.
  • Scrape our database, resell our generation capabilities, or white-label our tools without explicit written consent.

We retain the right to delete content, restrict your generation speed, or permanently ban your account if your actions pose a legal, operational, or security risk to Audora or our community.

4. Economy, Payments, and Automated Refunds

Generating 3D icons on Audora consumes system credits.

  • We provide 2 complimentary credits to new users upon initial registration.
  • Standard resolutions 2K require exactly 1 credit per generation task.
  • Ultra-high resolutions (4K) require exactly 2 credits per generation task.
  • Refine an icon need 1 credit per generation task.

Financial transactions are securely logged within our PostgreSQL database. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, exchange rates, or third-party banking fees incurred during checkout.

All credit purchases are non-refundable. However, our platform includes a built-in fail-safe: if a generation fails due to a technical error on our end or is halted by our content filters, your credits are automatically and instantly refunded to your balance. We do not offer refunds simply because a successful generation did not align with your subjective artistic preferences.

We reserve the right to adjust package pricing or feature costs in the future. These changes will not retroactively impact the credits you have already purchased, provided they were acquired legitimately.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary technology, interface designs, branding, and AI integrations (such as the Flux 2 Pro and SeedVR2 workflows) belong exclusively to Audora and our technology partners.

Subject to these rules, you are free to use the 3D icons you successfully generate for both personal and commercial projects. This permission does not, however, grant you any ownership over the Audora software itself.

Any reference images you upload into the Studio remain your property. By uploading them, you grant us permission to compress them (up to 1024x1024 pixels), securely store them on Cloudflare R2, and process them through Fal.ai strictly to deliver the service you requested, maintain platform logs, and troubleshoot issues. We will never utilize your private uploads or generated icons to train external AI models without your explicit consent.

You are prohibited from packaging and reselling raw Audora generations as competing stock asset libraries, datasets, or prompt collections unless we provide direct written approval.

6. Service Reliability and Modifications

While we strive for maximum platform uptime, continuous access is not guaranteed. Audora may experience downtime due to routine maintenance, AI provider constraints, infrastructure updates, or necessary security interventions. We also reserve the right to introduce, alter, or retire specific features at our discretion, which may vary depending on your geographic location or account status.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Audora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any strict warranties. We cannot promise that the AI outputs will perfectly match your specific commercial, creative, or legal requirements. It is entirely your responsibility to vet all generated 3D assets for accuracy, copyright compliance, and brand safety before deploying them in your own production workflows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audora is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, goodwill degradation, or business interruptions. In the event of any dispute, our maximum financial liability is capped at the total amount you paid directly to us over the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination and Governing Law

You are free to close your account and stop using the service whenever you choose. Conversely, we hold the right to revoke your access immediately if we suspect fraudulent activity, security violations, or breaches of this agreement.

Upon termination, your platform access ceases instantly. You may continue to use previously downloaded assets that were legally generated before termination, but any remaining credits may be voided if the account was closed due to a policy violation.

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Should a disagreement arise, you agree to attempt informal resolution with our team before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
