1. How Our Credits Work
At Audora, we strive to provide the best AI-powered 3D icon generation experience. Because our system incurs immediate computing costs from our AI providers (Fal.ai) and infrastructure when generating high-quality assets, we have a strict and clear policy regarding refunds.
2. All Sales Are Final
All transactions for credit packages (Starter, Creator, or Studio) are final. Once your purchased credits are successfully added to your account, we cannot issue cash refunds.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
- Audora credits are digital goods that are permanently consumed upon use.
- Your credit balance has no cash value and cannot be exchanged back into currency once delivered.
- You have had the opportunity to test the service using the initial 2 Free Credits provided upon sign-up before committing financially.
3. Credit Returns for Failed Generations
We draw a clear distinction between a Cash Refund (returning money to your original payment method) and a Credit Return (returning credits to your Audora balance).
- Automatic Returns: If a generation job fails due to a system error or is blocked by our content safety filters, the credits used for that specific task will be automatically returned to your account balance.
- Manual Adjustments: In the rare event that a generation completes but the result is corrupted or unusable due to a technical glitch, please contact support for a manual credit adjustment.
4. Payment Issues & Exceptions
Refunds to the original payment method will only be considered in the following specific cases:
- Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged multiple times for a single order due to a technical error in our payment gateway (Pakasir).
- Non-Delivery: If your payment was successful, but credits were not added to your account, and our team is unable to resolve the delivery issue manually.
