  • Profile Details: Because we utilize Better Auth for a password-less access experience (via Magic Links and Social logins), we collect identifiers like your email address and authentication tokens rather than traditional passwords. This information is housed in our users database table.
  • Creative Inputs & Outputs: To populate your personal Library, our system records the text prompts you write, the engineered "master prompts" our engine formulates, any reference images you upload, and the final 1K to 4K 3D icons you produce.
  • Financial & Credit Records: We maintain logs of your top-up history, transactional metadata, and current credit balance within our transactions and user_credits tables.
  • Technical Logs & Telemetry: To manage system loads and prevent platform abuse, we monitor interactions and utilize Upstash Redis to enforce rate limiting and caching.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We leverage your information to power the core functionalities of Audora:

  • To facilitate secure, password-free account authentication.
  • To orchestrate asynchronous generation workflows via Inngest, transforming your text and reference images into finished 3D assets.
  • To accurately calculate and deduct appropriate credit costs per generation based on your chosen resolution.
  • To securely retain your generated assets in Cloudflare R2 so they remain accessible via your Library and our custom CDN.
  • To deliver essential system communications and authentication links utilizing Resend.

4. Infrastructure Partners and AI Processing

We rely on specialized third-party services to run key segments of our application. These providers only process your data to fulfill their specific technical roles:

  • Database Management: Your account details, credit ledger, and complete generation history are securely managed using PostgreSQL infrastructure.
  • Asset Storage: All uploaded reference files (which undergo client-side compression to 1024x1024 before leaving your browser) and the final rendered icons are hosted on Cloudflare R2, an S3-compatible storage solution.
  • AI Execution: To physically generate the 3D icons, your text prompts and compressed reference images are securely transmitted to Fal.ai. Fal.ai processes these inputs using their ai models.
  • Background Orchestration: We utilize Inngest to manage background jobs, ensuring that complex multi-branch generation and refinement workflows execute smoothly without timing out.

5. Data Safeguards and Retention

We hold onto your data only for as long as you maintain an active account, enabling you to continuously access your past generations and utilize the Refine Mode for iterative editing. By implementing a password-less authentication architecture, we inherently eliminate the risk of exposed user passwords. While we employ robust security measures across our Next.js and database environments, no internet-connected platform can guarantee absolute invulnerability.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you possess inherent rights regarding your personal information:
